My shopping experience was stress free and very professionally dealt with. Communication was brilliant I had to return an item as I ordered the wrong size, it was dealt with in record time and I was kept informed of progress and emailed a pre paid returns label. Absolute rubbish service. Ordered school cardigans in September, 17 weeks later and numerous telephone calls later still no cardigans. Asked for a reason again today "why the delay this time" Shop assistant reply" I don't know".
